OGM Engineering was founded in 2019 by Hamish McEwen & Senan O’Grady. Both were operating their separate companies – working on the same jobs – when the idea was born to join forces. Hamish & Senan believed that they could offer a more innovative and transparent service than the industry was currently receiving.
This is the approach for OGM Engineering. It is the reason it started, and it is the reason OGM is now creating a concrete footpath in resource recycling with innovative technology and design ideas. Our core business has been in providing innovative and quality engineering services to the recycling & material handling industries.
OGM is passionate about continuing its growth in client base and services provided to them by expanding our general engineering and food industry capabilities.

Business Founder, Hamish has a trade background as a Boilermaker/Fabricator. In later years he transitioned into the role of Project Manager, before taking the step to establish the business with vast experience in a variety of industries and sectors both here in Australia and overseas.

Started in the engineering trade as a design draftsman to later making the transition into project management & business support roles, encompassing a number of disciplines, drafting, estimating, workshop and project management, a large range of experience in a number of key industries with a keen focus on successful customer outcomes.

Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator, Lachie provides a steady hand on the shop floor, ensuring qualify, safety and productive outcomes are achieved.
